href=\"https://ieee-ims.org/publication/ieee-ojim/about\">\u003Cstrong>\u003Cu>IEEE Open Journal of Instrumentation and Measurement (OJIM)\u003C/u>\u003C/strong>\u003C/a>\u003Cstrong> or \u003C/strong>\u003Ca target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://ieee-ims.org/publication/ieee-tim\">\u003Cstrong>\u003Cu>IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement.\u003C/u>\u003C/strong>\u003C/a>\u003C/p>\u003Cp style=\"margin-left:0px;text-align:justify;\">The author can choose whether to submit their paper to TIM or OJIM. In case the author decides to submit to OJIM, the open access fees are waived.
